One of the most labor-intensive parts of a flooring project is preparing the concrete slab so that it is as smooth and level as possible before applying whatever coating or finish you decide to go with. If your concrete slab currently has old tile or a deteriorating sealer or coating, we can pull up tile and then grind down any remaining glue or other coatings so that the slab is ready to have the final flooring installed. Because this part of the process requires expensive and dangerous equipment along with skilled workers to do the job right, we now offer preparation-only packages for anyone who does not want a final coating or DIYers who would like to finish the project themselves.

We have the newest dust control options depending on your budget we can go above and beyond the basic HEPA vacuums and air scrubbers that are standard on our jobs!
